The Forum Centre, Wythenshawe, will be in use for five days only from Friday 26 July until Wednesday 3 July with boxing sessions twice a day.

Around 1,000 spectators are expected for each session so there is likely to be a limited amount of congestion around the venue.

Local businesses and residents will need to make allowances for this in their journey times and be aware that Simonsway, Poundswick Lane, Ainley Road and Fleming Road will be busier than usual.

Parking restrictions

Parking restrictions will be in force on Poundswick Lane, Ainley Road and Fleming Road for security reasons and also to assist access to the venue.
