The PR aim is to provide media with the many positive stories that are associated with hosting an event of this magnitude and the long-term benefits that the Games will bring to the region.
Q. Who will get the TV rights?
A. The Host Broadcaster and UK rights holder is the BBC. Australia Channel 7 has the Australian rights, and TV New Zealand has the rights to New Zealand and a number of the Pacific Islands. Others are to be announced.
