Men move to 50m breaststroke semis

The men’s 50m breaststroke heats have taken place and the 16 qualifiers progress on to this evening’s semi-finals.

Adam Whitehead qualifies for the semis

Of the field of 19 swimmers only three had to be eliminated and the unlucky three were Joel Kisuule of Uganda who was disqualified, Chisela Kanchela of Zambia and Gavin Santos of Gibraltar.
