Taylor heads Scotland sevens squad

Simon Taylor will be the star name in Scotland’s Commonwealth Games rugby sevens team.

Simon Taylor brings his international experience to Scotland's sevens side

Taylor will be part of a 19-man squad set to tackle the world’s best in Manchester.

Edinburgh Rugby No 8 Taylor, who already has 13 full caps under his belt, will be joined by fellow international flanker Donnie MacFadyen, of Glasgow Rugby, Edinburgh scrum-half Mike Blair and Glasgow wing Rory Kerr, who won their first international caps on a tour of Canada earlier this summer.
