Igorov hits another Commonwealth gold

Metodi Igorov of Canada retained the gold position that he won in the 1998 Commonwealth Games in the men's 25m rapid fire pistol singles.

Igorov who set a Games record in 1998, won with a final score of 95.3 and a qualification of 574.

The silver was won by Bruce Quick of Australia with a final score of 91.7 and a qualification of 576. Quick won gold at the 1990 Commonwealth Games and silver and bronze in 1998.

Allan Stuart McDonald of South Africa won the bronze with a final score of 94.3 and a qualification of 572.
