| As the organisation entrusted with the successful
delivery of the Manchester Commonwealth Games this summer, the human resource
needs of Manchester 2002 are exceptionally demanding, wide and varied. A
vast amount of careful planning and coordination is already underway to
ensure that the Games, the largest ever multi-sport event to take place
in the UK, receives as much acclamation as Sydney has done for its delivery
of the 2000 Olympics.
Opportunities exist both now and in the future,
for suitably skilled individuals with a taste for working in a highly
demanding and exciting environment. If you have a ‘can do’ attitude

Manchester 2002 also offers a secondment
programme for employers who would like to become employee contributor
participants of the XVII Commonwealth Games.

All posts are based in Manchester and are on
a salary basis for a fixed term until the completion of the Games in August/September
2002.
