Australia in control in women's 100m breaststroke semis

Leisal Jones was impressive in the heats of the women’s 100m breaststroke at the Manchester Aquatics Centre tonight.

Jones finished ahead of fellow Aussie Tarnee White in heat 1 with England’s Jamie King finishing third.

In heat 2 Australia’s Brooke Hanson came in first, closely followed by Canada’s Rhiannon Leier.

The final will take place tomorrow.
